Love it! I listened to the entire album today the entire day! SOOOO amazing, I love "Shopwrecker Salute" a catchy song and a great beat and lyrics too. "Tiger ran the shop" Is another great one too. Loved "Got Fursuited up" great lyrics, and it made me smile at parts as well. Last but most certainly mot least the song that should be the motto of the fandom "Get a furst life" which talks about get out from behind the computer and getting out and meeting people in the fandom and being active. I thing real life and not wasting away on the computer talking.
Shop Music has a totally different feel than his first album, he's become more aggressive in his style, flows amazing as always and he pulls all of the music on his own, as hes states in "Four More Years". You can tell in this album that hes been working on perfecting his flow, the keyboard sounds better than ever. Also of course, every song has a meaning, that's the great thing about Bucktowntiger. His raps and songs have meaning, they aren't the mindless drivel that most other rappers go on about. Even more so because of they type of stuff he raps about, "getting it in my fursuit" "mount and do" the fact that he can use such clever turns of phrase in his songs not only proves that hes an amazing artist because of just his flow, and the feeling in the songs. It's the songs themselves, he raps about stuff that no other rapper i know of raps about, the furry fandom, which he does well. It's great that hes a furry rapper, because he's active in the fandom. Hes also a shinning example that the fandom isn't the horrible thing people make it out to be. The second album is amazing, I listen to it all the time. It's nice to see how versatile Buck can be in the second album. In the first the overall feel of the album was very play full and light, there was a love song or two and his songs ranged the gambit from "joke tracks" to love songs, and then some. But in this album hes alot more business this time around, his vibe is fierce, the songs catch your attention and he proves hes above and beyond those other rappers out there by utilizing his vocabulary. The man didn't go to college for nothing, and he certainly shows it in this album. He put painstakingly long hours into making this album the hit that it should be. Buck put alot of time and effort to make this CD amazing and it deserves alot more attention then its getting, in and out of the fandom.
