The Buddha's debut album,...Reveal the Truth.

Vocalist; Kevin, Guitarist; Dave, Bass; Greg and Drummer; Russ lay down a most undeniably diverse and sonically pummeling, debut.

The album commences with the appropriate tweaked out Dalai Lama chant of "OM".

Fading in is,"Cut the ties", a straight up nu school metal beatdown, preaching the benefit's of resisting temptation.

And as you can see from the enhanced video on the CD, the band does a good job of practicing what they preach.

"Planet Earth", a sort of Nostradamus like prophetic revelation, declaring when the end comes, the buddhaship will exit the atmosphere on a space oddysey.

"Suck it Up", is pretty self explanatory.

Then right when you least expect it, The Buddhaship takes a 180 degree turn with, "Anahata".

Extremely melodic without a hint of metal, but still heavy as hell/borderline Beatles.

"Pain" begins to explain,...Reveal the Truth.

A definite soul-bleeder with apparent influences from old school hip-hop, a very blunt and catchy chorus and ending with a psychotic-tribal percussion fest.

"Nu Kings" reveals a human side to the band.

Contrast is the key.

The latter two epics are a definite sign of the future times and emotionally driven."56 Hope Rd." Homage to the one and only king of reggae, quoting, "we don't come to ball, we come to conquer all".

The final three songs were recorded two years earlier by producer, Mudrock, of Godsmack/PM5K fame.

This trilogy of pure unadulterated brutality is an unrelenting attack on the previously innocent listener.

"Moksa", welcomes you to the true new reigning beasts of the underground.

Every one of the million shit-talkers of the world needs an, "Enema".

And finally "Grind Core".
