Jade & Buddy have been performing in Chicago as a duo since January of 2003. After working together in a larger ensemble, the idea of doing a duo came about as a practical answer to downsizing in the live music scene after 9/11. After just a few performances together, they soon realized a special musical relationship together. This relationship, built on respect for each others abilities and musical intuition became the catalyst for the Duo C.D. which was recorded and mixed in less than 3 days!

In a musical banquet of pop songs, jazz standards and interesting originals, Jades vocal inflections and Buddys choice of guitars result in honest emotion, spontaneity, and a pleasing blend of influences, sure to please the most discriminating listener.
