Album Notes

GREETINGS,
My passion for music goes back to my early teenage years when I heard my first Jazz recording by Ahmad Jamal,"At the Pershing."I rejected Rock and Roll in it,s early stages, for the more complex and intricate sound of jazz.I found jazz to be an expression of freedom, hope, and fulfillment that the world itself has embraced.I'm glad to say, that it is through this passion, that has led me to produce the CD that you now hear.
Taj Mahal heard me sing at a Open Mic in Northern California, and spoke to me at length about how to produce a CD,It was two years in the making. He then reviewed the CD, and gave a glowing and inspiring message, and suggested things I might do to further my career in the music industry.
THANKS!for your support
BUFORD.
