Album Notes

This isn't exactly the way we all thought the world was going to be. We didn't know it was going to be so hard to find love, to learn the difference between right and wrong, or even to remember that there is one, not to mention the stuff in between. We didn't know it was going to be so hard to make our voices heard, and much harder to make them count.

What we did know was that music made feel better when we felt good, and when we felt bad, at least we knew that there was someone else out there who felt the same. When we put a record on, put our heads between the speakers and crank up the volume, we find our escape. When we're in a club, feeling the drums and bass in our chests, it's a different place, like we're doing something, living something. Music may not save the world, but it just might remind us that the world can be saved.

" The CD starts off with noticable power. throughout the album singer guitarist Quinlan exhaustingly wails his vocals around as if alternating between teasing and taming some invisible cobra he knows he has mastered... regardless which song you're listening to, it's clear that Bullets of Orange have a creative burn inside and they're working hard to give it a sound they can share with the world. Not in a TOOL kind of way. In a Radiohead kind of way."
