Welcome to the home of B.U.N.K.S. Muzak! and One Mic Studios. Since 2000, the B.U.N.K.S. (Bringing Unmatched Noise Knowledge and Sound) have been recording, engineering, and producing the sounds of Middle Tennessee\'s hip hop underground. From the fields of Coffee County to the sidewalks of the MTSU campus to the streets of the \'Boro and beyond, One Mic Studios has been right here.

The B.U.N.K.S. are natives of Coffee County a.k.a. Manchester a.k.a. the home of Bonnaroo, but One Mic HQ is located in Murfreesboro. We represent all those living the small town Tennessee life, what we call the BUNK. We are inspired by the mountain roads, rolling hills, and all our people working hard everyday to provide something better for themselves and their families. From the hay fields to the developing city streets, we express what we absorb and have absorbed since birth. Listen to our music and let your stresses and problems disappear. The B.U.N.K.S. are a 3 person production and songwriting team consisting of Joshua & DJ Smotherman and Josh Grosch. They are the core of One Mic Studios, operate as an independent label, and are fueled by passion, knowledge, and determination.

We have seen the rise and fall of many but still we remain. We work exclusively with Small Barn Sound out of Hillsboro, TN and our extended family includes Reality Entertainment (from TX to TN and back to OK), Will C & Nate V (from VA), DRC Unknown Entertainment (in Memphis, TN), 80s Babies Productions (from Haiti to Miami to the Boro), Real Life Entertainment, T-G\'sus, Exhale Entertainment and many others in and around the Murfreesboro area.
