Shirley Bunnell's music is guitar-driven and introspective. While her sound draws from the influences of artists like Shawn Colvin, Sarah McLachlan and Toad the Wet Sprocket, her lyrics draw from her honesty and vulnerability. As a performer, Shirley has shared her original music in amphitheaters, coffeehouses, churches and clubs from coast to coast. A native Californian now living in Connecticut, she's performed all over the country, sometimes backed by a full band, other times as part of a trio or simply accompanying herself on the guitar. The gifted musicians in her current band recreate the full sound of her CDs, with rich guitar work and lush harmonies.

her resume.
