Album Notes

John Bura is a composer/guitar player/proudcer who is interested in music. Learning the guitar at age nine, he began to strum Beatles songs almost immediately. In high school John started to compose jazz standards and wrote music for wind instruments. John has played in countless bands and toured in the Theater Fringe Festival production of Eating Raoul as the guitar and everything else guy.

John has released 3 action packed albums starting with Darwin's One. This is the first of a series that takes video game music to weird and exotic places. John's second album, John Bura's Hour of Caffeine Power is a nonstop energy ride full of exciting and flavorful music. This album sounds like a very sugary drink with 5 shots of espresso. Out with the old, in with the new is an action packed thriller of inspirational music.

John has realized music for many different mediums such as orchestra, wind ensemble, jazz band and chamber groups. He also has had works played professionally by orchestras. His orchestra piece "Laughing at the Abacus" was premiered in February 2008. He also has composed Guacamolage! a work for concert band. John also has his online busking experience on various viral video websites such as youtube, blip.tv and more.
