Dear Friend,
Inside each of us, there are seven chakras or energy centers running along our spine. Each of these has a different color and spin in a clockwise direction. The spacing of the Chakras matches the major nerve centers of the body. They can become blocked, making us feel sick or out of balance. Relax and fallow your chakra center to come back to balance. You Mind, Body, and Spirit will thank you for it.
