Album Notes

Bandbio:
Bury My Sins started as a project in 2003 in the area of Erfurt/Bad Hersfeld in the middle of Germany. After some line up changes the band was founded as a “serious band” in August 2004. All they wanted to play is honest, solid and hard music from the heart influenced by their own favourites in hardcore and metal. Already in the beginning of 2005 Bury My Sins hit the Rape Of Harmonies Studios (Heaven Shall Burn, Maroon, Narziss) to record the first demo and later their debut full length “Today's Black Death” which was released through Circulation Records in early 2006.

Bury My Sins quickly made a name in the scene as a hard hitting live act and they shared stages with bands like Darkest Hour, Undying, Boy Sets Fire, Silent Drive, Endstand, Killing Time, Hand To Hand, Scars Of Tomorrow, When Tigers Fight, Himsa, Seventh Star and much more.

In late 2006 Bury My Sins signed to Guideline Records and started to work on new material. After the experience of their debut and the addition of a new drummer Bury My Sins tended to get a darker and more metal influenced sound. The band stated: “While we were writing the new material, we looked back on our debut and knew that we wanted to pick up where we left off with Today's Black Death as well as catching the power of our live show. Naturally, we were also open to new ideas and developement.” Once again the band hit the Rape Of Harmonies Studios in spring 2007 to record their second full length „King Of All Fears“ that will be released in October through Guideline Records.
