Album Notes

"Make My Life a Song" is a series of spiritual music presentations by the Busan Elders Choir. Founded on November 5th, 1986, the 70 church elders from 53 interdenominational Protestant churches in Busan, Korea, presented its first concert in 1987.

The purposes of the choir are to praise God through gathered voices of men, to strengthen faith through singing anthems, to exchange fellowship among elders of churches in Busan, and to participate in the evangelical activities.

The director of the choir is Mr. Jong Ju Kim. The music director is II Yeon Kim. Their work is know throughout South Korea and beyond.

Accomplishments: The choir has presented over 100 concerts including 8 annual public concerts at the Busan City Cultural Center, 5 overseas concert tours including London, Israel National TV, St. Peters Cathedral in Vatican City, Chopin Park in Warsaw, Banks Town in Sidney, as well as Los Angeles, Toronto, Vancover, and Shanghai among others.

The Elders Choir is one of two chosen from Busan to participate in the Choir Olympics in 2002.

The songs presented are a range of Christian music from all over the world, including American Traditional, Swedish Folk music and well known selections of music by authors and arrangers from throughout the world and time in history.

This is the second recording by the Busan Elders Choir. The Choir is well known and thought of in Korea. We know you will enjoy this inspiring and touching music.
