Butch Harrison is a musician and entertainer that has been on the scene for some time as a side man and sometimes the lead man for several different groups both on the east and west coast of the US. No mater what the group, they have always delivered a solid sound whether jazz or funk. One thing he will always deliver is his soulful feeling in the music. The CD ballads are soulful and heartfelt, one with a hint of country, while the uptempo tunes are filled with funky fun. If you like good soulful tunes, you have to check out this CD. There's something for everybody who does.

So, I put your CD on and started to smile...45 min later still smiling. If anything could make a person feel like dancing, feel like grooving Butch's "WHAT IT IS" CD can. My favorite track is Butch's Blues...it's is such a emotionally moving piece, draws you in and completely mellow you out! Party over here...sounds... like a party! Then of course "What It Is" will even make a dead man 'think' My hats off to you and Paul Richardson. Exceptional buy!
