Never intending to form a group but answering God’s call to minister through song and personal testimonies, By Design has been serving together for over a decade. This ministry, made up of five women, has traveled throughout the Southeast leading a variety of audiences in worship. These ladies have answered the call of music evangelism by leading in crusades, revivals, and services from the streets of Atlanta, GA, to the Superdome in New Orleans, LA. They have been honored to serve as worship leaders at state-level conferences hosted in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina and Tennessee, and have been guest artists at two Southern Baptist Conventions as well as at Youth for Christ, Pregnancy Crisis Center, Victims of Homicide, and Right to Life events.

The hearts of these ladies from the Atlanta area lie not in performance but in submitting to the Holy Spirit, allowing Him complete freedom to encourage and challenge the believer as well as to draw non-believers to the Savior. Using a variety of musical genres including praise and worship, southern gospel, traditional and acappella, By Design seeks to create a worship experience that moves each and every one of us quickly into the presence of God.
