Album Notes

You don't necessarily have to be a product of Suburbia to appreciate the tunes on the latest Blue Yard Garden release. This album marks the first BYG collaboration with producer Ted Comerford. The Album was mixed by Mitch Easter (Rem, Wilco, Ben Folds), & recorded at his Fidelitorium Studios in Kernersville, North Carolina.

The same "real and honest" feel that these guys have always turned out shows up once more on Flamingos. With catchy tunes that move you through upbeat grooves and smooth melody lines...all caped off with the familiar gravely vocals that has grown on BYG listeners all around. Songs that will find a spot in your head right away and make you hit the repeat button.
Often classified as a Jam Band. Blue Yard Garden does a nice job of branching out. Writing and arranging a collection of tunes that reach out to pop listeners without severing ties with passion and groove.

Hop in the car for a drive and check out The Land of Pink Flamingos and Other Suburban Dreams.
