What happens when three assembly line robots decide they'd rather follow their dreams than follow their programming? They escape from the factory and start a band, of course!
Bored with the tedium of making consumable consumer products, assembly line robots Skree, Bdonk, and Wkewke have escaped the factories of megacorporation Globocrud, and have been touring the nation to avoid being caught by Globocrud's evil CEO and his band of secret agents. Along the way, they've managed to put together an awesome collection of funkelectrockalicious tunes and videos the whole family will love.
Nashville Parent: "The storyline gives way to what's really valuable here: unique entertainment for kids combining wild creativity, far-out dancing (a breakdancing lesson's included) and nonstop musical fun."
Chicago Parent: "What do you get when you mix music, robots, Monty-Python-esque art and a sly wit? Well, maybe you didn't know it until now, but you end up with Bzots...The music is a mix of styles that all have one thing in common: fun....I like the happy feel and the tone. The robots are the right mix of cool and adorable for fans of different ages...overall this is a delightful and unique mix...fun and inventive...My college-bound daughter predicts this will be a cult hit among teenagers..."
Bzots' Escape A Go-Go! and Gotta Get A Gig! DVDs have each received an endorsement from the Coalition for Quality Children's Media/KIDS FIRST! jury of child development professionals, teachers, parents and children from diverse geographic, socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds. Adult Juror comments include "Artistically ambitious. Technically and visually fascinating with catchy rock music..." The Kid Jurors said "It's funny. I like the cool robots." "They play awesome music."
