Album Notes

Whether it’s tin pan blues or foot-stomping rock, Caleb Sweazy’s music is full of heart.

In 2005, Caleb self-released an EP under the name of Jitterbug Thompson. The EP was well received from national press and radio outlets, including NPR. One of the songs off of the EP was included on the Americana Music Assoc. Compilation, "This is American Volume 2." Caleb was of only two independent artist to be featured, other artists included Rodney Crowell, Michelle Shocked, and John Doe.

Last year, Caleb sold his beloved Triumph motorcycle to finance this, his first full-length album, aptly titled “Goodbye Bonneville”.

Produced by Caleb Sweazy and Kenny Woods, this album is a rich portrait of American songwriting. From country to blues to rock, it’s got plenty of twang loads of soul and is honest as the day is long.
