Album Notes

The unique ensemble 'Calling Sound' have been making music since 2000.
Our debut album 'Sounds for Hope' contains 12 original tracks of instrumental music and songs in English and Hebrew, all about the quality so needed in these very challenging times in our world – Hope.

Out of many people around the world today, comes a strive for an island of sanity. Throughout our musical explorations, we try to bring into our music good vibrations that can resonate in the listener to bring healing and inspiration. 'Sounds for Hope' is the kind of album you would like to hear after a long day, in the quietness of the night, before you go to sleep. Also, the album has an amazing positive effect on children - they simply demand to hear it over and over again.

In our way together we find ourselves creating versatile music trying to express a range of qualities and essences that we find important in our human journey - Essences such as faith, believe, devotion, care, joy, friendship and hope.

In this discovery, we are aiming to write music from a new place and reason within ourselves as human beings, and not necessarily from a new land or continent. For example, we try to give a musical expression to each and every one of the mysterious frequencies of the astrological signs -'Libra' is a representative musical piece to this kind of work.
