Calogero Dean is a nice mix of what you want and what you need. Positive, but not overbearing. Mainstream, but not empty. Quirky, but you don't have to be a weirdo to listen to him. Talented enough to make hip-hop geeks and pop lovers take notice without sacrificing himself. Whether you live and die for hip hop are you just listen to the radio, you need to take notice.

If you experience any difficulties with listening to the tracks, e-mail me at seventy9ways@yahoo.com for a free 5 song EP. Unfortunately on some computers if you listen to the songs in lo-fi there is a problem with the audio. Use broadband and you shouldn't have this problem.

Man you need to shoot ur engineer
author: e i e i uh ohhh
Yo you got tight beats. Nice lil hooks. Probably even nice lyrics, but I would'nt know cause whoever engineered this fucked your vocals up with all that stereo pannin and stuff. makes it annoying to listen to. Go back to the drawing board and fix son(pan the lead straight up the middle. Then pan your doubles a little). Then your album will be tight. Remember this though. It's not corny and im not saying that.

the production was a bit low-grade, but for a diy record I was quite impressed. The style is very west coast which is great for summer listening. It's brought hip-hop back into the fun realm with a little more intelligence behind the lyrics.
