In the beginning use track 2 to help your body to relax for a 10 minutes session.
Then try using just track 3 by itself for a 8 minutes session.
Later on your can add track 2 and 3 together for an 18 minute session.
Track 2 and 4 can be linked together for a 37 minute session.
Track 3 and 4 can be linked for a 35 minute session.
All the tracks can be linked for a 47 minute session.
The longer you meditate the more powerful it will be.
