Capturing the serenity of the Napa Valley Hills, the
string orchestral compositions, transcends into a romantic
journey of musical expression laced with sensitivity. Included in the varied original compositions of Ms. Canepa's, are several original folk pieces--depicting the old west, played to guitar and violin. Her Italian heritage resonates with a charming lullaby Art song--sung in Italian, and a lovely art song sung in German. The over-all combination of pieces created by Ms. Canepa,are a descriptive gentle, brush stroke/story put to musical sound--setting forth a loving, peacefulness, that's soothing and uplifting to the soul.The piano pieces complete the joyful,sensitive musical experience. Highly infuenced by the Romantic school, Rachmaninoff, Brahms,Puccini, Elgar,Debussy and many other greats, Ms. Canepa holds their works in esteem.
