Album Notes

“Ashrei” is the debut CD of Cantor Keith Miller. A Los Angeles native, Cantor Miller has served Kehillat Ma’arav-The Westside Congegation of Santa Monica, CA since 1993.

The settings on this CD can be described as eclectic: jazz, gospel, ballad, klezmer and more, comprising traditional prayer/psalm texts, wedding music, and Jewish holidays.

Proceeds from "Ashrei" are used to support the ongoing activities of Kehillat Ma'arav, the only Conservative synagogue in Santa Monica.
