Album Notes

On "Time and Again", the group's first release, CTF attack the post-punk/power-pop genre with anthems like 'First Year Center" that are not only relentless in melodic quality and energy, but sound in composition.

The guitar work is flawless, compareable to a Greg Ginn who's had more lessons and less pot-smoke, and when coupled with the punch of the rhytym section and grindy, yet in key, pubsecent vocal harmonies, the formula is irresistable.

Take the stamina of a band like Lifetime, the raw hooks of the Decendents better work, and fist-in-the-air rock of an 80's hair band like Poison and you might be on the same side of the record bin as CTF. The kids will be paying attention to this one.

Capture The Flag will soon record the second masterpiece that will bedazzle and amaze everyone. To hear a new song in it's demo stages check out www.mp3.com/capturetheflag for the incredible "Don West"
