John has played country music all his life.

The pickers who play behind him are the cream of the crop in Texas and Nashville from western swing "In Every Texas Showplace" to the haunting "Soldiers In The Sand" he captures the true sense of a true singer a true story teller and a true Texan who is a gentleman and a true talent.

His accomplishments include opening for ssuch stars as Bill Mack,Boxcar Willie,Peggy Little,Bobby G. Rice, and in 1997 played The Waylon Jennings chile cookoff in Littlefield, TX.

He also appeared in a music video with Freddie Hart made an appearance in the movie "MURDER IN THE HEARTLAND" made (5) commercials for Home Depot and Radio Shack.

He also made (4) appearances in the TV show "WALKER TEXAS RANGER"
