"WE REMEMBER" took me to some new spiritual places and pockets of my soul. The more i study Native American culture, the more questions I find very haunting. Have we found another culture so dedicated to being "stewards of the environment"? For a country who stands for "human rights", how could we? For a country founded on "constitutional rights", where were they? Where were those "Ten Commandments" and that "golden rule". Thank God for Native American survivers and a renewal of their "Spirits"." WE REMEMBER" is a story told through my spiritual breath into the Native American style Flute connecting with the spiritual soul of my son, Jeff Perry, as expressed through his background music. Our souls have connected to tell this story. The story moves from peace and harmony told by SPIRITLAND, SUNSET, NIGHT TALK and A TIME OF PEACE to the intrusion of new settlements through GET READY, PONY EXPRESS, THOSE TRAINS and THEY KEEP COMING. The final chapters of this story remind us of the SOLDIERS, pays TRIBUTE, requests that WE REMEMBER, and closes with OUR PRAYER.
