Now more than ever, there is a need for more peace, harmony, and love in our world. The world we live in is filled with images of conflict and separation. It is easy to stay focused on external drama and ideas of lack. Meditation is one way to relax and get in touch with our ability to recreate our lives.

As a Professional Counselor, and Spiritual Mentor, I talk to people every day who are struggling with difficult relationships, conflicts of some sort, or simply doubt their ability to find love and be loved. I know the value of working from the inside out. The love we seek, begins inside of us.

We are taught to make time for everything external, our jobs, for other people, for entertainment, etc., but we usually put ourselves last on the list. How many activities really allow you to connect with your True self. If we are to truly become balanced, healthy, and successful people, I believe that we must take time out to go within ourselves.

This particular meditation incorporates the use of denials as well as affirmations. Through denials and affirmations we can begin to create changes in ourselves and therefore in our lives as well. We deny the reality of illusions. Then we plant the new seed through affirmation, which is for our highest good. This is simply the begining of creating our lives from the inside out.

This CD is intended to guide you through a basic meditation process that you can use daily. Track two is provided to reinforce the creation of love in your thoughts by using statements of denial and affirmation to assist you in the creation of love in your life.
