    this is not like the usual boogie-stuff. she really has her own musical ideas, not just playing the standards that many of us have heard too many times to get excited. and her ideas are really good! piano sound is mellow and powerfull and her left hand rhythm playing really rocks while the right hand is playing stuff that sounds very good. this is the best boogie-record i have heard.

    The boogie woogie is great but this CD is much more than just boogie woogie. It's original, jumpin', and beautiful music that combines blues, R & B, rock 'n roll and country into a unique fusion of American roots music unlike any other I've heard.
