Compilation of spiritually uplifting chants & songs with clear, strong vocals supported with a clean backdrop of solid drumming and sweet dulcitar...

...lovingly nudged by spirit and... on a whim without any planning, this CD was originally recorded in just 3 hours on a very rainy Friday, November 11, 2005 in Tsawwassen, BC, Canada... What resulted from that 11:11 session is a "moment of musical sacredness" that happened to be caught and recorded... where, energies and beings of the light of the higher realms shone through and "showed up" to participate and were sourced through weaver... playing and listening to this CD has been known to lovingly invite "their" beautiful presence with reverence and awe...

In 2007, the two sanskrit chants (the chakra Bijas (seed sounds) & Protection chant) were removed and re-recorded for the new CD, "Sacred Sanskrit Chants for Clearing, Protection, Healing, Abundance & Prosperity" (see other CDs by weaver)... and four new chants and songs (2 originals by weaver) were added... and the CD re-issued. See new song list below.

BIO... carol weaver is a multi-faceted musician, drummer/singer-songwriter, illustrator and graphic design artist residing in Vancouver BC Canada. She holds a third-level degree in the healing art of Reiki & has been initiated into the shamanic lineage of the Q'ero nation in Peru through the Four Winds Society and carries a mesa... She has studied Core Shamanism with the Foundation of Shamanic Studies and Healing the Lightbody School also through the Four Winds.

weaver continues the ongoing study of her own Celtic heritage, shamanic healing traditions and it’s art and is honoured to carry and care-take a powerful Qilaut wind drum.
