The disc was produced by Don Dixon and features original NRBQ guitarist Steve Ferguson and Mary Chapin-Carpenter keyboardist Jon Carrol.
This is a fully mastered advance pressing with a single tray card (the full booklet will accompany the disc when a label issues it).
The tunes range from grooving biographical sketches of the band ("Charlie Tee from NYC," "Ted's on the Move," "Jumpin' Jupie Jive") and catchy novelty tunes ("Sausage Song," "Insect Ball," "Mama Was a Big 'Un") to gospel nuggets ("How I Got Over," "On My Way Home," "I John Saw") and soul ballads ("Crying in the STreets").
