REVIEWS

A Great Album With Many Influences
author: Jack Gubanc
The Carter Brothers have produced a great album of their own songs and quality covers of other artist's songs. Their vocals and instrumentation are first-rate. I very much liked the mixture of musical styles that include bluegrass, folk, and folk/rock to name a few. On the song "Yellow Moon" there is an Eagle's quality to their sound. The cover of Roger McGuinn's "Chestnut Mare" is as good as The Byrd's original. If you are a fan of quality acoustic music, then buy this album. You will not be disappointed!
