About denise cascione
On stage or in the studio,Denise's passion for singing can be felt through her voice. Her realization of her gift of voice came as a small child ,growing up and singing in NYC. It is a great part of who she is today. Denise has been told her voice has a hypnotic quality that can reach broken hearts and broken people with her lusty low and shimmery high notes. Classically trained Mezzosoprano ,Denise's most treasured role is that of Amahl's destitute mother in Amahl and the Night Visitors. Musical theater finds her portraying The Witch in Sondhiems Into the Woods and Mary Magdalene in Andrew Lloyd Weber and Tim Rice's Jesus Christ Superstar.Denise also has a love for the music of composer Rick Vale and has been heard singing his music in many places of worship. In the Studio,Denise has experimented with various genre's and has chosen to record inspirational jazz songs as well as some of the favorites she has always loved. With the guidance and musical expertise of Peter Vantine at Vantine Studios, Denise has selected songs which touch her heart. Share the passion Feel the Music Get Happy

and so...what is it like to have a passion.......find the drive.....save the money.....figure out the time.........and put it aLL together because sharing your passion is what makes you happy...while loving and believing and wishing and hoping and praying and surviving.....

Get Happy is a collection of songs reflective of life......it is knowing pain and heartache....loss......tears....it is wishing and dreaming...saying goodbye and saying hello ....feeling love and loving unconditionally ....and ultimately feeling the light and His spirit.....knowing hope....knowing peace.......keeping the faith.
