Album Notes

Back in 1990 when John Maloughney "There only Manager" first hooked up Paul and Billy at the Lorelei, Islamorada, Florida Keys, he asked "What do I call you" After days of discussion and a many cocktails we decided as a joke to call ourselves "Without a Paddle" That only lasted for our first year for soon later we realized we had something and eventually we became "Case and Davidson"
This CD was made by the generosity of many people. Bob Tassell had us play his annual party back in 2005. At the end of the show he gave us a ($ humongous $$$$ tip) and said "Make a new album". Through his generosity and many others this CD was accomplished.
By this time Billy had already started work on a new solo CD. It was finally decided to take Billy's uncompleted songs and combine them with Paul's upcoming songs and combine them into a new Case and Davidson record.
"Without a Paddle" became a compilation of two CD's. Paul released a solo CD "Throwing words at the moon" which includes 5 songs included on the new CD. Billy released "Extended Play" his own CD including 5 songs from his CD.
