Album Notes
Bands are a dime a dozen, that's all there is to it. Case of the Mondays separate themselves from the norm by coating catchy ska, rock and reggae riffs with clever lyrics and contagious melodies. In a modern music market saturated with whining, screaming, angst-driven manic-depressives, they trudge forward armed with unwavering optimism and high hopes that they will help steer popular music away from the medicine cabinet of despair...

Case of the Mondays hails from what they would refer to as the ghetto streets of Burlington County, New Jersey. Their resume includes playing with some impressive acts such as Streetlight Manifesto, Gym Class Heroes, the Toasters, the Planet-Smashers, Mustard Plug, SGR, Westbound Train, Ruder Than You, and many others. In the Fall of 2005, they opened the Philadelphia-leg of the Ska Is Dead III tour. They've appeared live on Philadelphia's 93.3 WMMR and have been featured on many other stations such as Philly's Y-100.3 WPLY. They frequent venues such as the Trocadero and Grape Street Philadelphia, and have played at almost all of Philadelphia's best venues.

Unique sound that just makes you want to party!

Great of Course!
CD rocks!

An awesome CD with catchy lyrics and fun beats; you can feel the energy of this group through their songs. Their CD is great, but seeing them live is even better.

On the way up
This stuff is outstanding...but there is a little room to tweak it, certainly better than any original stuff I've heard in quite a while. Seems like many "original" bands are just copycats of what they like or what is popular...these guys are more.

Flippin' sweet!

Fanastic Purchase!
there's an obvious Sublime influence on this CD, though i'm certainly not implying that's a bad thing. these guys are having fun, playing good music and keeping things upbeat. i recommend this for anyone who's looking for some music to smile and sing along to in their car. can't wait to see them live!
