Album Notes

With the release of Casey Stratton's tenth album Signs of Life, we find the artist examining a more raw and organic style. While Casey's intensity and signature haunting voice are present, we also feel a strong, almost aggressive edge. In an uncertain world, Casey attempts to bring some order to the chaos of his own experiences through music which is no surprise to his devoted fanbase. Listeners will still recognize his soaring choruses and sweeping musical lines, but emphasized with deeper guitar riffs and ethereal layered vocals. His style is in tune with such artists as Sarah McLachlan, Keane and Tori Amos.

REVIEWS

Can it get better than this?

Wow, this record is just stunning! A little different from the others, more edgy at times, which makes the record not less meaningful. I especially love the songs no. 10 and 11 from the "war zone", these songs are epic... all in all, another beautiful journey! Thanks Casey!
