Album Notes

The Casket Crew was formed in 2001 by members James Rodrock and Jesse Newland. They hail from the high altitude Rocky Mountains and look to bring their brand of metal to the world. They began laying tracks for their debut album Poor mans coffin in 2004 and hired Bart McCrorey of Motaland Studios to record the tracks. Bart also played bass on Poor Man's Coffin as well as bass and some lead guitar on their upcoming sophomore release Somber Ceremony. Their music is formed from a diverse mix of styles. The many different flavors of music they consider influences are combined into what you hear today. With the realities of war, and life in modern day, there is no lack of musical material.
Now after a two year hiatus due to Jesse Newland's tour in Iraq they are back and more determined then ever! The band is currently set to release Somber Ceremony and are now playing shows to promote it with their new bass player James Casady. Keep you're eyes out for this new release as it is sure to send out shock waves among the metal community. Metal lives among the dead! Track List for "POOR MAN'S COFFIN" 2004
