For more than 10 years Catherine Conant has been performing, coaching and teaching the art of original oral stories. She’s appeared at schools, museums, festivals, and corporate and non-profit settings. In addition to presenting workshops on personal story development she guest lectures at Southern Connecticut State University and the Graduate Center. A member of state and national storytelling organizations, she’s the President of LANES, the League for the Advancement of New England Storytelling. An award-winning writer, her CD of original stories; “Exit 11 and Other Stories, Growing Up in the Shadow of the New Jersey Turnpike” received a Storytelling World honor prize.
