Cathy Miller drifts easily from style to style, moving from the fast-paced bluegrass and Irish fiddling of Audrey Mae Set and Glasgow Reel, into smokey-voiced jazz vocals on Call To Me and the heartfelt ballad Highway 100. She has created layered compositions that reflect her ability to harmonize and blend sounds to a cinematic apex with her fiddle tunes Catalyst, Dunmore Lasses and The Space Between. The entirely acapella rendition of The Water Is Wide is unique, with her voice demonstrating a bell-like quality.

Cathy performs all fiddle and vocal parts on this album, as well as guitar and bass on several tracks. With the support of extraordinary guitarists Jim Gill and Bob Towns, each track has a different quality, texture and tone. This variety keeps the entire compilation of songs interesting and compelling, from beginning to end.
