Album Notes

Cats & Jammers was for 16 years the premier swing vocal trio in the San Francisco Bay Area. They incorporated the best of older vocal groups like the Mills Brothers, the Boswell Sisters and the Delta Rhythm Boys while adding their own personalities and a liberal dose of humor to the sound. Accompanying themselves on acoustic guitars, string bass and violin, they are joined on CD by master sax/clarinet player Jim Rothermel. Philip Elwood of the San Francisco Examiner said "Cats & Jammers swing like mad!". Feel That Rhythm was their second CD, and contains their amazing version of Harlem Nocturne, Lover Come Back, and the original title track.
