Caution Cat is a rock band based in Richmond,VA. created by songwriter and musician VJ Jones in the summer of 2006. The band started as a solo project but now includes friends Chris Williams on drums/percussion and Karen Shealy vocals/various instruments. Since 2007 Caution Cat have over 20 songs in various Movie,TV shows & DVD releases including UNDOCUMENTED,LAW & ORDER, THE MENTALIST, EVERWOOD, LIFE, FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS, THE BLACK DONNELLYS, FASTLANE, SKINS UK, HOW TO MAKE IT IN AMERICA, HUGE, PLAIN JANE, RATULA, SOUTH OF NOWHERE.
