In the album are also the instrumentals of the songs and some others, to sing your own words and stories. Make a song out of it, short MASOOI is a method developed by a berlin based therapist to find solutions and to reduce fear anger and sadness. Singing your life as a possibility.

Cay Helmich has an M.A. in Psychology, works as a coach, stress-reduction-trainer and therapist for profit and non-profit organisations and private clients. She believes in free will, and knows, after 20 years of experience, you can change your thinking and physical well-being with singing. She studied in Berlin, New York und L.A., worked in Berlin, New York, Auckland, Florence and Zurich. Beside beeing a coach, she worked as an actress for movies TV and theatre, (for the US market e.g. in " High Tide".)
