Cynthia Bryant, a woman after God's own heart, takes flight from her cocoon with her first music project, Heaven Scent. This artist grew up in poverty in Birmingham. The daughter of a traveling Pastor knows too well the roads of sacrifice. She has proven to be a gifted songwriter which is evident with the lyrics of all the songs on her project. Cynthia is also an accomplished author who has recently released a book on praise and worship entitled " At His Feet". She has spent her latter years ministering in Maximun security prisons accross the nations. Her deliciously smooth sounds have been compared to Babbie Mason, Oleta Adams and Anita Baker. Her next project, " Drawn To You", is expected to be released early 2005 and promises to minster to the whole man. " All songs on both projects were written by Cynthia. Heavily pursued by several record labels she has not had the desire to sign on any given dotted line. "When the right one comes along I'll know it, say Cynthia" "My main desire and focus at this time is to make sure the hearers are inspired to take steps toward making their own dreams come true". Cynthia's favorite scripture and inspiration for each day is Philippians 4:13, " I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me".
