Album Notes
C C Bronson hails from Florida, where she grew up on gospel music, and learned about the blues from her great uncle Dave, whom she spent many a childhood summer dancing with him in his living room to Bobby Blue Bland or B B King in Bradenton, Florida. Although C C has many musical influences at the top of the list is her mother Ruby Lee a lifelong church musician. Therefore you'll always hear Gospel influence her music.
C C's diverse performance career includes a stint with the world famous Platters featuring Monroe Powell touring the US Japan and Canada, was a featured performer with the Golden Gospel Singers of Harlem touring Germany, studying and performing under the wings of the late Phil Osterman (Broadway Director)and opening for the talented Sue Foley.
At the end of the day CC feels that the Blues is truly the root for much of American music, it is where her heart and soul is anchored.
"I would like to thank all of you, who have taken a little time out of your busy day to give a listen". C C Bronson

I highly recommend this CD! I recently heard her first CD "Let the Blues Lift You Up" After hearing it I had to get this one.

I was blown away! What a voice! The deeply emotional lyrics touched my very soul and I can't stop listening to the CD. I highly recommend this CD for all blues lovers.
