Brilliant: accessible yet provocative.
author: Avery Rimer
Yet again, CD Collins showcases her genius for creating subtle shifts in voice to evoke subtleties of mood in this accessible yet provocative CD. Her pieces are completely absorbing and successful because they lure the listener into trying on the perspectives of a disparate cast of characters. CD wins us over with her mature empathy and striking intelligence. She's the real deal.
