Celia Rose's latest album, Stories, is her best by far. The album begins with the songs, Stories, Little and Southern Woman because these songs introduce the listener to Celia Rose. Stories describes the beauty that shines from the stories that live within us all. Little speaks of the inner strength that makes it possible for anyone to go after their dreams. Southern Woman is sung from the view point of Celia's hometown, Birmingham, Alabama. It calls her back home and asks her to remember her childhood and where she came from. And then the albums takes off! The songs that follow share stories of people she met while in Haiti and France. The songs describe making it through long distance relationships and living with the constant changes that life throws our way.
