Album Notes

Celtic Chill is the latest project of keyboard player Brian Duell. Originally from Scotland and now living in Wales, he is returning to his Celtic roots after spells in various rock bands including the excellent Floyd tribute band Think Floyd. He was inspired to take up playing keyboards after hearing Marillion's Garden Party which led him to other prog rock bands which have helped influence his sound and his style. Over the last few years he has been heavily influenced by the ever growing World Music scene, being inspired by both the Celtic and African sound.

Having just completed the second CD to be released this year, he is currently working on fresh material for the third CD to be released early in the New Year.

"Beyond the Mist" the first CD, was released back in February 2007 and a few of the tracks from that CD have already been used in various media projects. This the second release under the "Celtic Chill" banner has been available since August of 2007.
