Album Notes

This band didn't start off like your typical rock band. Sure, they play loudly in garages, and had long hair, but Cause For Concern is comprised of all chicks.

Their music is a direct result of admiring female artists such as Joan Jett, Chrissy Hynde and Heart.

CFC's style is described as a combination of modern pop with a lot of rock-n-roll energy.

In this album, ALL I WANT, You will be able to hear just how talented and how diverse Cause For Concern is. Their songs range from introspective ballads to let-loose rock. It's no surprise that singer Suzanne Graham has been compared to Melissa Etheridge.

With songs evoking loneliness, failed relationships, and hopes of finding love, her vocals radiate an undeniable rawness.

When lead guitarist, Leslie Stoddard, and Suzanne met eleven years ago, they never guessed that they would end up putting together one of the most popular sounds in the Los Angeles scene today.

"It is exciting to create music with so many talented players." says Leslie.

"It takes time to finds that mix, and anyone who has ever been an a band understand the inherent difficulties." The band has recently gone from a five piece to a balanced six piece, and has rounded out with members Wendy Colton(drums), Joan Loos (guitar), Jill Moran (backup vocals) and Pam Thompson (bass).

They've been performing throughout Southern California, mainly focusing on the L.A club circuit. They've even opened for such notables as The Doobie Brothers during their last national tour.

CFC's latest CD release, ALL I WANT, has been generating a lot of buzz in the scene.

Opportunities and great exposure gigs are lined up.

They just stepped out of the recording studio and are continuing to focus on writing, performing and promoting.

The audience can always expect a high energy and high impact performance that is entertaining and filled with excitement. They are a band that is on the edge of something big and definitely cause for concern.
