Album Notes

Chad Brooks is a talented writer, performer, and teacher. Although he enjoys many different genres, Chad fits comfortably into the style of traditional country. The theme of "Carry Me Away" follows the long-established practice of an honest voice holding forth on a foundation of steel guitar, telecaster, fiddles, and a solid rhythm section. My friend Patrick Miller and I have truly enjoyed being part of this project.
