Album Notes

Hat Creek Records proudly presents Chad Hammock's new album release "Rough Cuts".

Chad was born and raised in Waxahachie, Texas where he grew up around musicians. His Dad, Mike, plays bass in Johnny Rodriguez' band. Some of his musical influences are Cooder Graw, CCR, Kevin Fowler, and other mainstays like Rusty Wier and Ray Wylie Hubbard.

Chad entered a local talent contest in the fall of 2004, wowed the crowd and won hands down over the other contestants. This soon lead to Chad signing in 2005 with Hat Creek Records.

He has shared the stage with some of the best including Radney Foster, Deryl Dodd, Rusty Wier, Jon Christopher Davis, Jason Allen, Jack Ingram, Stoney Larue, Moe Bandy and Joe Stampley. This small town boy has a big talent that you have got to hear for yourself.
