These records here are derived from the podcasting (http://www.voiceblog.jp/katsuhiro/rss2.0.xml) that introduced great American Jazz standards every week with short piano solo performance. The podcasting which lasted 4 years since 2006 was very popular across the globe. It should be noted that it received a lot of enthusiastic public response including from those who have mental disorder. It is regrettable that he could not help freezing the podcasting, due to circumstances beyond his control.

Fortunately, we can enjoy a dozen of jazz ballad fragments after months of searching the archive. You may find it still worth while listening to his performance left in the hard drive without being released.

Though his style may sound simple, it derives from Bill Evans and his inheritance. Its sophistication is obviously something different from easy listening music.

Hope he is encouraged to play the piano again as the first small step of this compilation, as these takes here must be far from complete.
