Changer is from Hamilton, Ontario, located in Canada near Toronto. He is a Single Father of two, producer, writer, performer, financer, promoter, arranger, engineer and talent scout for his independent label Changer Records.

Changer was adopted when he was two and raised by his Step Grand Mother who became his MOM through adoption. He has songs mainly about family issues, such as Childrens Aid, Adoption, sex and parenting. He has donated his musical talents to local sport teams. Changer is Metis Indian and began Father hood at age seven-teen. His influences are D.J. Premier, Dr.Dre, Krs-one, Guru, Ac/Dc, Outkast and 3rd Bass.
