This fun and innovative CD contains a host of catchy sayings called one-line raps or cues (.e.g. \"Let it go, Joe!\") put to engaging rhythms and melodies that help kids self-manage their actions and feel good. The songs and raps cover topics such as: controlling anger, talking respectfully, building self-esteem, enhancing peer relations, and succeeding in school.

All of the songs and raps were written by Charlie Appelstein, MSW, a nationally prominent child and youth care specialist, and the author of three popular youth care books including, No Such Thing As a Bad Kid: Understanding and Responding to the Challenging Behavior of Troubled Children and Youth.
